These Terms are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the SpiceMeet Platform.

- SpiceMeet, we, us, our: Rynobit Technologies Private Limited, incorporated in India (CIN: U62099UP2026PTC246029), 26-27 KHASRA NO, BHAKHMAU, Basha, Lucknow-226026.
- Service, Site, Platform: The SpiceMeet website and application.
- User, you, your: Any individual or entity using our Service.
- Content: Any information, text, graphics, images or videos stored, or shared through our Service.
Who We Are
The primary objective of SpiceMeet is to create a secure digital environment where users can communicate instantly through text and video chat. We aim to:
- Facilitate instant communication.
- Provide safe and moderated interactions.
- Protect user privacy and personal data.
- Prevent illegal activities and misuse.
1Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without notice or liability, for breaching our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, especially if you are a minor.
4Content
You are responsible for the content you post or share. You agree not to upload Content that contravenes this Agreement, violates the rights of other Users, or is inappropriate as per our Community Guidelines.
5Chat and Video Moderation
Keeping you safe is a top priority. We use automated tools to scan interactions (messages, audio, video) solely to detect harmful or illegal behavior. Moderators may review flagged interactions.
9Intellectual Property Rights
Rynobit Technologies Private Limited owns intellectual property rights in our Services (source code, databases, design, trademarks). Provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
10Purchases and Payments
We accept Debit card, Credit card, UPI. You must provide accurate purchase information. We have the right to deny/limit orders. All sales are final and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
11Prohibited Activities
Do not test vulnerability of our systems, bypass security, use automated data mining tools, overload servers, or send viruses.
12Limitation of Liability
SpiceMeet holds no responsibility for any actions taken by Users or content they provide. We disclaim all liability arising from the use of our Website, including damages, interruptions, or third-party claims.
13User Interactions
- We do not monitor all interactions in real-time.
- Interact at your own risk. Do not share personal info.
- We are not liable for outcomes such as harassment or fraud.
14Age Restrictions & Verification
Users must be 18+. In compliance with Indian IT Rules and DPDP Act, users must complete age verification. We may record and store interactions (text/video) to comply with legal requirements and maintain safety.
15Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction under the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad (Lucknow Bench). Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Lucknow, India.
16Account Deletion
To delete your account, use the in-app feature or contact us at support@spicemeet.com.
