We do not store sensitive financial data (like card numbers). Payments are processed via third-party providers (Razorpay/LemonSqueezy). We also collect anonymized analytics data.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Mumbai, India. We use encryption, firewalls, and access controls. (Note: no system is 100% secure).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Stored while your account is active. You can request deletion anytime via urgent@spicemeet.com. Data gets permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We only use essential cookies for authentication, security, and basic functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. hCaptcha

Used for bot protection. It may collect your IP, mouse movements, and behavior to prevent spam.

9. Peer-to-Peer

We may use WebRTC for real-time communication, which may temporarily expose your IP to others for direct connectivity.

10. Children’s Privacy

Strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Detected underage data will be deleted. Report minors to contact@spicemeet.com.
