SpiceMeet is a chat platform to connect, engage with similar interests, and form friendships in a safe and respectful environment.
Strictly Moderated Activities
Engaging in the following will result in a warning and may lead to account suspension:
- •Violence/Gore: Real-life violence, gore, or animal cruelty (media portrayals excepted).
- •Solicitation: Asking for money, donations, or selling items.
- •Redirecting users: Sending users to other social platforms without prior meaningful conversations.
- •Minors: Communicating with minors. Report them immediately so we can ban them.
- •Malicious Intent: Outsourcing computing/storage to our servers or causing Denial of Service.
- •Harassment & Ads: Creating/using accounts for unsolicited ads or harassment.
- •Account Sales: Buying and selling of SpiceMeet accounts.
- •Underage Impersonation: Pretending to be underage leads to immediate termination.
Strictly Restricted Activities
Engaging in the following will result in immediate account termination and indefinite blacklisting:
- Illegal Content: Sharing/requesting illegal imagery (e.g. CSAM, bestiality, revenge porn), selling/facilitating drugs, extortion, or blackmail.
- Self-Harm & Suicide: Content encouraging self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If someone is in urgent need, contact local authorities.
- Hacking & Unauthorized Access: Attempts to hack our service, steal accounts, or access backend networks.
- Malware & Piracy: Distributing viruses, trojans, worms, or pirated software designed to attack or steal data.
- Extreme Harassment: Death threats, doxxing, or ignoring a user's privacy in a way that threatens their physical, mental, or financial state.
Rules to Follow
Video Chat Rules
By using our Video Chat service, you agree to these specific rules. The previous rules also apply. You must be 18+ to use video chat.
Toxic Behavior: Excessive obscene language, rude behavior, discrimination, threats, or recording strangers without consent is prohibited.
Third-Party Software: No extensions, plugins, bots, or programs that change functionality or harm others.
No Nudity: Do not appear in underwear, sheer material, partially, or fully undressed.
No Explicit Behavior: No exposing intimate body parts (even if clothed), explicit gestures, suggestive text context, or explicit terms.
No Suggestive Requests: Do not ask/suggest explicit behavior from strangers or touch yourself intimately on camera. Do not ask others to expose themselves.
Face Visibility: Keep your face visible. Use text chat if you are uncomfortable showing your face.
No Camera Distortions: Do not use camera emulators, software filters, visual effects, masks, or virtual characters.
Camera Pointing Rules: Do not aim at other screens (TVs, tablets), harmful photos/illustrations, or texts implying illegal/obscene content.
No Advertising: Do not send links or promote content inside Video Chat.
Reporting System & Mod Actions
If you encounter this behavior, use the report feature immediately instead of responding with your own violations. If you spot a child, report instantly. Automatic bans protect the community from users who get numerous reports in a short time. We ensure bans are justified, but if an error occurs, you can appeal.
Suspensions and Appeals
Account suspensions can be appealed only if you believe the action was incorrect. Please do not ask to be unbanned if you broke illegal provisions.
